Creator Terms

These Creator Terms govern participation in the Arisi Creator Program. By accepting a creator code, link, or commission, you agree to them, together with the specific rates and terms in your individual creator agreement.

The relationship

Creators are independent partners, not employees or agents of Arisi. Nothing here creates an employment relationship; the Ambassador Program is separate and employed.

Codes, links, and commissions

Your code and link are personal, may not be published on coupon or deal sites, and expire with your campaign. Commissions are set out in your creator agreement, accrue on delivered and unreturned orders, and are paid on the schedule stated there. Self purchases and misuse do not earn commission.

Honesty and disclosure

Say what you think; that is the point. Disclose the relationship clearly in every post, with #ad or an equally clear disclosure, as the FTC requires. Never make claims about the product that are not true or that Arisi has not published.

Brand standards

Content must not be hateful, misleading, or unsafe, and may not suggest that Arisi runs sitewide sales; bundle savings and your personal code are the only offers to reference.

Ending things

Either side may end participation at any time; earned commissions on qualifying orders are still paid. Arisi may update these terms prospectively.
