Returns and Exchanges

You have thirty days from delivery to decide. Free returns and exchanges when you join the Arisi Club; members always receive a prepaid label. Not a member? We still take your return or exchange within thirty days; you cover the return shipping.

Size exchanges. Start the exchange by writing to hi@arisi.com with your order number. We ship the new size, and you send the original back, with a prepaid label if you are an Arisi Club member. Exchanges arrive 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. If your size is unavailable, we refund in full, no questions asked.

Returns are just as simple. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, and free of scent, stains, and damage, with tags attached and the belt included when the style comes with one. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our Miami returns center.

If a return does not pass inspection, we document why, with photos, and contact you with your options before anything else happens. No silent rejections, ever.
