Returns and Exchanges

You have thirty days from delivery to decide, and returns and exchanges are free.

Size exchanges are free, always. Start the exchange by writing to hi@arisi.com with your order number. We ship the new size, and you send the original back with the prepaid label we provide. Exchanges arrive 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. If your size is unavailable, we refund in full, no questions asked.

Returns are just as simple. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, and free of scent, stains, and damage, with tags attached and the belt included when the style comes with one. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our Miami returns center.

If a return does not pass inspection, we document why, with photos, and contact you with your options before anything else happens. No silent rejections, ever.
