How does sizing work?

Every style runs in US sizes 6 to 20. Use the size guide chart to match your waist and hip measurements, and if you land between sizes, exchanges are always free.

Where are Arisi jeans made?

In our own atelier in Colombia, alongside partner workshops we know by name. Design, construction, and quality control are ours.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship free from Colombia. Processing takes 2 to 4 business days and delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, fully tracked. Need it sooner? Express delivery arrives 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. All customs duties are paid by us; the price you see is the price you pay.

Will I get a customs bill?

No. Arisi ships with all duties and import fees prepaid. You will never receive a surprise charge.

What is your return policy?

Thirty days from delivery. Returns and size exchanges are free. To qualify, items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, and free of scent, stains, and damage, with tags attached and the belt included when the style comes with one. If your size is unavailable for an exchange, we refund in full.

Is the belt included?

Yes. When a style is photographed with its belt, the belt comes in the box. It is part of the design, not an accessory sold separately. It also comes back with the jean if you return or exchange.

What if my size is sold out?

Join the Founding List and we will tell you the moment your size returns. Founding members are notified first, and our collections are numbered, not endless.

How should I care for my jeans?

Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle, hang dry. Denim rewards patience.

Do you restock styles?

Core styles restock. Detail styles may not; when a Founding Collection style is gone, it may be gone. That is the point of a founding collection.
