Pre-Order Policy

Some Arisi styles open for pre-order before they arrive from our atelier. Here is exactly how it works.

When you pre-order, you are charged at checkout and your place in line is confirmed immediately. Founding 500 numbers are assigned at the moment of the order, so pre-orders count.

The estimated dispatch window appears on the product page and in your confirmation email. When your pair dispatches, you receive tracking, and delivery follows within 5 to 7 business days, duties prepaid.

If the window moves by more than one week, we tell you before you have to ask, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Pre-orders carry the same thirty day return and free exchange policy as everything we make, counted from delivery.
